Pilates classes for all stages of Pregnancy
We run prenatal pilates for Mums-to-be, Mums+Bubs pilates for pre-walking bubs and postnatal pilates classes for Mums to work on her pelvic floor with no interuption. We recommend starting prenatal pilates from 12 weeks(prior to then you can do normal pilates classes) and start pilates a minimum of 6 weeks after birth. Health Fund Claiming
Our classes are all claimable under our Pilates Provider Number, using your Living Well Pack(BUPA example). To claim under Physiotherapy Provider Number-Antenatal(T595) or Postnatal(T596) Physiotherapy group exercise classes, you are not required to have an Individual Physio Assessment. But if you have any sore bits or would like to ensure you are activating your core/pelvic floor correctly, we do recommend you book an Assessment. To claim, request a receipt at the end of your pack and we email all the details to you.
